Thank you for the Swedish welcome :-) I do like the place and I think I could love it but it's still a big change. Of course it's hardly a world away and I think it was more difficult to get back to see my folks from Leicester (town in the UK) when I lived there than it will be from Lund.

I'd like the recipe in Swedish, please, and I'll translate it. Mind you I'll have to find my dictionary as I put it away for Christmas. Sure it's around somewhere.
