I got my copy of SFX magazine and read the poll of sexiest men. I'd already read on-line that Joe Flanigan came in at a lowly 10th (beaten by David Duchovny...oh the shame) but I was amused and then intrigued by the caption under his pic.

It's the nominee's sexiest moment and other captions are things like Ben Browder's 'leather trousers in Farscape or handcuffed to a bed by Vala in Stargate'. Joe's is

It's scanned so the quality is a it rubish. Click on the image (and then again and possibly again, sorry) to read the caption.

Anyway it made me wonder if it was true...drifts off...

Definitely a hobby. I almost fell off my chair laughing at a con at my friend who decided she wanted to try and take a picture of the bottom of Joe's UGGs when he sat stretched out in the hope of doing the math from his shoe size...

I'm thinking the obsession with Joe's package comes from either a rumour that someone's heard or more likely a stupid comment made once that's now stuck in the whole office's heads. I know I'm going to be watching his walk now!

I think it might come from a comment he made on that behind the stargate programme that's an extra on the first season boxset. He's asked a question, something like what other good genes does John Sheppard have? and he replied with well i think that's an answer for another network or something along those lines. I can't remember exactly and I don't own the boxset (sadly). It might be on youtube if you can be arsed to hunt it down.
