Yeah. The nurse in the hospital was laughing at my bother when he was telling her that the Russian mafia were smuggling baked beans into the hospital and smuggling out beds. He was on morphine.
Don't worry. Dental sedation does that to a lot folks afterwards. My husband was a lot like that after his as well. The kid won't even remember it afterwards, most likely.
*chuckles* That reminds me so much of when my husband had dental surgery. The conversation he had with me afterwards was completely surreal and he remembered none of it afterwards.
Class. My friend just had a baby by emergency c-section under general and when she came round she started telling her husband who to call and what to do. She remembers none of it.
That bit made me laugh too because his dad just goes 'yeah' like may be he does have four eyes. I'm thinking a McShep fic with John coming round might be called for.
*cackles* OMG okay, that was very...wow. Poor kid. I'd totally be doing the same thing as the father though if he was mine. *snerk* Reminds me of my mother when she goes into the hospital for her Chrons and gets put on demerol. She totally goes trippy within minutes.
OMG, thank you - I needed a good laugh! His Dad did an amazing job of keeping the camera straight and himself from laughing (until the end). "Is this real life?" Oh god, just tears from laughing so hard.
