Can be heard here. They're a bit too footley, meandering jazz meets something like Pink Floyd and something else for me but I can appreciate it's good if you like that sort of thing. And they're all very good musicians.

Also, on the plus side, he didn't permanently injure himself when a wooden peg up that he was making for the yurt they're building flicked up into his head. It hit him, blunt end first fortunately, right between the eyes. The hazards of yurt building I guess.

Yurt! Sorry, I just had to. I love yurts! But I'm glad he didn't hurt himself too badly.

I've not seen it yet, in fact I'm not sure where it is being assembled. He helps out at a place for people with mental health issues where my dad kind of works/volenteers. They built a canoe last year.

You're right, they do sound a bit like Pink Floyd, which I absolutely love. Just a couple of suggestions, though. They might have whoever is mixing their tracks enhance the base line just a bit and set the drums a bit more into the background, because they tend to take over the sound. Otherwise, I enjoyed the tracks I listened to. Were do I buy a CD?

o.0 Who knew you needed a full-face helmet to set up a yurt?

One stupid question: what is 'footley'? *scratches head*

I don't think they have a cd but I'll ask if they can make one up. Mum said they're doing one with them all playing mad instruments. My bro's playing a silly tune on the swanny whistle on it. Not sure what it sounds like.

Footley is a word I might possibly have made up *looks sheepish*. It the kind of fiddly, tooling around kind of jazz that I can understand is technically good but does nothing for me. Personaly I think it's a good word :-)

Ah, gotcha; it makes sense to me now that you explain it.

Cool, I'm glad to hear that they're making a CD. It would be great if they could get picked up by a record company, and even if they don't, so many bands produce their own cds these days, it would be fairly easy to sell them online.

To be honest I think they just like jamming together really, but maybe they'll put something out.

I agree with the drums thing, but otherwise this is nice music to have running in the background.

Glad you liked it, even with the drums.
